What We Do

We assist our clients to explore the many and varied aspects of life, giving them the awareness, strategies and techniques to create balance.
We help people to develop better life skills and enable them to cope more effectively by:

• Using and teaching de-stress and relaxation techniques
• Raising awareness and increasing self esteem
• Employing and promoting the value of self-responsibility
• Defining boundaries and priorities
• Making life more meaningful

Why We Do It

During our many years of combined experiences, we encountered many similar reactions to illness and often heard comments like:

"Why did I have to get sick to learn to live well?"
"I never thought this illness would happen to me!"

These recurring sentiments were the catalist for establishing Working With Wellness. Our staff are deeply committed to taking the wellness message to those who are still healthy and would like to maintain this state.
Working With Wellness believes that learning these skills without having to go through the experience of disease could be the best investment in your life. Creating awareness, reassessing priorities and making simple changes now, could help you avoid a life-threatening illness.

How We Do It

Presentations include Power Point multimedia combined with individual and interactive group exercises, guided activities and discussion.
Programs are conducted at IFAP, at mutually agreed venues or on site.
Working With Wellness offers a range of flexible programs presented as:

• Two hour sessions
• Half day sessions
• Single day workshop
• Two day workshop

These cater for organisational, team or small group levels.

Cathy and Gerri are two experienced practitioners who enjoy working together.
Their combined strength comes from the wisdom and talents gained over many years.
They provide unique experiential sessions, which are confidential and conducted in a safe and caring environment.
These sessions are individually tailored to suit clients´ needs.

Public Courses

Working With Wellness has also formed an alliance with IFAP putting the "health" back into Health and Safety.
Pressure, tension and poor health can lead to sickness, accidents and low productivity. Empowering your employees with awareness of how to identify and deal with symptoms of pressure before they become critical is as important as steel capped boots, ergonomic chairs, safety glasses or fire extinguishers in the workplace.

The WWW/IFAP Rebalancing Work/Life is a two day program conducted at IFAP.

IFAP has world class training facilities with plenty of parking available and is located at 128 Farrington Road North Lake and is a 15 minute drive south of Perth
